You are allowed to change your Personal Security Password as often as you wish. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and concealment from third parties. In case of loss or leakage you must change it immediately, otherwise the online store of SALTO publications is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password at regular intervals and avoid using the same and easily traceable codes (eg date of birth).

The registered users of the website have the right to request to deactivate their registration at any time by a simple visit to the relevant service of salto.gr in the contact form. After deactivating the users’ registration, we will delete all the details of them that are kept in the file. For this reason, after deactivating their registration, former registered users will not be entitled to the privileges provided to registered users of the salto.gr website.

 

8. Order / Delivery of Products / Shipping Costs

 

At the online store of SALTO publications you can find titles of various categories. In case you are looking for something specific, use the “Search” section, which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

To order the books of your choice you need to click on the “basket” icon on the website for each book. Next you need to decide about the quantity in your shopping cart. The VAT charge for printed books is 6% and is included in the price of the book, as it appears on the web pages where the books are displayed. Your orders within Greece are sent by us on the next business day to your place of residence. For orders over 30 euros there are no shipping costs, while for orders under 30 euros the shipping costs for Greece are 6 euros. In case of defective or damaged products received, the customer has the right to return them to us, with option of either replacing them at our own shipping cost expenses or refunding their money after we receive the defective items.

 

9. Payment Methods

9.1 and 9.2 Paypal and Credit Card

 

We accept payments via Paypal and also the following types of credit cards that can be used for purchases.

· MasterCard

 

Once you have completed the order of the items you have added to your cart, you will be transferred via re-direction for payment to the secure Paypal page, where you will be asked a) either to log in, if you have a Paypal account or b) fill in the card number and type, holder name, expiration date and Verification Code CVV2 (for Visa) or CVC2 (for MasterCard), to complete the purchase without registering to Paypal.

 

Note that salto.gr does not collect or store any of your card details in any way.

 

Credit card details are encrypted and protected using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) -128-bit protocol, when transmitted through the web. Your card is used only for the payment purposes on the website of SALTO publications and is credited only with the amount of money for the specific transaction / order, while its details are not stored.

 

9.3. Cash on delivery

 

Cash on delivery relies on the cash on delivery system applied by GENERAL POST courier. In case of cash on delivery, the order is executed by us on the next working day, while the delivery to you is made by GENERAL POST in 1 to 2 working days.

 

9.4 Bank transfer

10. Existing legislation and jurisdiction

 

The website salto.gr is controlled by the SALTO publications, Aggelaki 21 – 54621 Thessaloniki. The current legislation regarding anything related to salto.gr and its branches is that of the Hellenic Republic. Any dispute and any complaint raised regarding the content and / or services of salto.gr will be resolved by the Courts of city of Thessaloniki to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

Before completing the order form, the visitor must carefully read these terms. SALTO publications may modify these terms at any time. Visitors / users are responsible for checking for any change of them from time to time. After the above mentioned modification, the use of the online shopping cart is considered as acceptance of these terms, as they were modified. In case of NOT accepting any term or condition, the use of the online shopping cart is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
